Hotel & Motel Management - Platinum Condominium Development LLC, a joint venture between Marcus Hotels and Resorts and Diversified Real Estate Concepts, plans to build a luxury condominium* Platinum Condominium Development LLC, a joint venture between Marcus Hotels and Resorts and Diversified Real Estate Concepts, plans to build a luxury condominium hotel in Las Vegas. The Platinum Suite Hotel & Spa will feature 255 condo units, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and 8,440 square feet of meeting space.
